Dragi Bravo Festival 2025

The accommodation of the participants will be organized in 3*** Hotel on a BB basis.

The groups will be accommodated in rooms with 3 and 4 beds with their own bathroom. The festival includes 2 double rooms at no additional cost, which can be allocated for the group’s leaders or drivers

NOTE: The Groups have to send the rooming list one month before arrival at the Festival. Groups that do not send, the rooming list will be made by festival organization and can’t be changed upon arrival.

Participation fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Each participant group should pay 30% with the initial application to confirm participation. The second payment of 40% should be paid 60 days before the Festival, and 30% should be paid 10 days before the official start of the Festival. Final list of participants must be given 30 days before the Festival. After that date advance payment is not refunded.

Travel Conditions

The participant group has to arrive in Bratislava on November 12^th in the afternoon and leave on November 14^th after having breakfast, till 10:00h. The groups should pay the travel expenses by themselves to Bratislava and back.

The groups coming by bus can use their own transport all the time during the festival and the small journeys around the city. Any expense caused by the usage of the bus (accident, robbing, breakdown, etc.) should be covered by the vehicle’s insurance. Each member must have travel insurance policy.

The parking for the buses is paid by the group at the rate set on the parking place.

The Festival Organizers can organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from airport, during the festival days and back to the same airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.
