Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Model

Our platform operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, users gain access to our services for a fixed billing period (depending on the selected plan).

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting us. Once a subscription is canceled:
The subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Access to all services continues until the expiration date of the subscription.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
No refunds or prorated refunds are issued after payment is completed.
If a user cancels, they will continue to have access until the end of the already paid period.
After the subscription expires, no further charges will be made.
Example
If a user subscribes on the 1st of the month and cancels on the 10th, they will still have access until the end of the billing cycle, but no refund will be issued.

Changes to Subscription

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans or pricing. Any changes will not affect already paid subscription periods.
